Return Policy

We have a return policy of 30 days. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be unused, unworn, have all tags attached, and be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This way we can assess the issue and work together to find a suitable solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes, for example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products, special orders, personalized items, and personal care products, such as beauty products.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Sale items and gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and place a separate order for the new item once your return has been approved.

Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU

Notwithstanding the above, when the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing any justification.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know. We will also let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the amount to appear in your account.
